What will be your responsibilities ?
- Motivate your team and represent Iris as an ambassador on a daily basis in a fun as well as strong team environment.
- You and your team complete customer-focused assigned assignments with attention to detail; always ensuring quality of execution and safety.
- Where necessary, you make adjustments, coach your team colleagues and ensure a fun and pleasant working atmosphere.
- You ensure that the customers' work environment is squeaky clean and complete any additional questions from the customers within a correct framework.
- Always prioritize your safety and security rules for yourself, your colleagues, customer and bystanders. Health and safety always come first.
- You ensure that follow-up of administrative elements is always correct and accurate.
- You are the customer's first point of contact.
Your talents and your background ?
- You are driven, customer-oriented and motivated to work with your team to complete assignments successfully.
- You are able to motivate and lead a team as a true people-manager.
- You work problem-solving and proactively take ownership of challenges either autonomously or with your supervisor when necessary.
- You have knowledge and experience within the cleaning industry.
- You are in possession of a driver's license B.
- Possessing a VCA certificate is a plus.
- Safety is in your DNA.
- You can express yourself fluently in the Dutch.
- You are polite, flexible, correct and a shining beacon for our company to customer and outside world.
