Your Responsibilities:
As Key Account Manager You will play a key role in expanding and managing our client portfolio. You will build lasting relationships and provide customized solutions that contribute to the growth of both the client and our organization.
Your main duties:
- Actively prospect for new customers and identify commercial opportunities
- Manage and grow existing Key Accounts with a long-term vision
- Drafting and defending quotations with persuasive, tailored proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, marketing, operations) to ensure optimal service delivery
- Coordinate the implementation and follow-up of contracts, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
Your Talents and Background:
- You have strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
- You work proactively and customer-focused with an eye for strategic growth opportunities
- You combine independence with a true team spirit
- You possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have at least 5 years of experience In Key Account Management and business development (B2B)
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in an economics major (or equivalent through experience).
