Building a green identity for the European Parliament
The European Parliament in Brussels is the community institution representing 470 million inhabitants of the member states of the European Union. As the only institution of the European Union elected directly by the citizens, the European Parliament exercises three fundamental powers: legislative power, budgetary power and political control over the European institutions.
The impressive parliament building in Brussels hosts members of the European Parliament for additional plenary sessions and meetings of parliamentary committees and political groups for 3 weeks each time.
With Iris Landscaping, our mission was to create a green identity for the European Parliament and make it recognizable at a glance. After all, a green working environment not only improves the well-being of employees, it also refreshes the offices and boosts the European Parliament's corporate image. Both visitors and staff, meanwhile, experience the benefits of an atmospheric and inspiring workplace.
- To create and reinforce the green identity of the European Parliament in Brussels, we designed green areas in the exterior and interior spaces of the institution. The choice of plants was thoughtful, all thanks to our creativity and years of experience.
