Working at height

Performing work at a height is not always obvious, but Iris specializes in Rope Access, a rope technique for adopting a safe working position to perform work at height or in hard-to-reach places in the best possible way.

Fire Protection

Iris provides solutions for both cellulose fires and hydrocarbon fires by applying fire retardant coating systems on site or in the paint shop. In case of fire, the fire retardant paint applied to the structures swells and forms an insulating layer. This ensures the stability of the structures for the desired period of time.

Metallization is the application of a metal layer to machinery and industrial parts as an anti-corrosive coating, also called a thermal sprayed coating. Iris has several metallization machines to make industrial structures resistant for outdoor applications.

WeInspect

Through our WeInspect tool, we can easily and quickly demonstrate the quality of coating work. The tool guides the inspector through the inspection and automatically records the measurement results and accompanying photos. As soon as the inspector completes his inspection, the inspection report is in his mailbox.

High standards

Safety ladder type 3

Iris obtained the step 3 safety ladder certification. With the safety ladder, the documents are not audited as with ISO or VCA certification, but rather the behavior of the people. This safety audit seeks an answer to questions such as: do employees speak to each other about safety, are problems always identified and resolved, and so on.
