OPERATIONS LEADER (East Flanders North region).

Your Responsibilities:

As Operations Leader, you will assume a crucial role. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have a wide and varied range of duties:

• Project and client management: you ensure smooth organization and keep all commercial, technical and operational details under tight control
• Relationship Management: You will build strong and lasting relationships with customers and ensure that their needs are always at the center of attention
• Results Orientation: You monitor the business figure and profitability of the site. With a keen eye you follow the progress of all projects
• Personnel Management: You supervise a team of workers with enthusiasm and expertise. Think recruitment, training, process optimization, innovation and team spirit
• Contract negotiations and project planning: You conduct negotiations, prepare quotations, plan projects and maintain customer relations, including quality control and invoicing
• Innovation and optimization: With your eye for improvement, you will contribute to more efficient working methods and use of materials to increase productivity

Your Talents and Background:

We are looking for a driven, dynamic team player who is not afraid of responsibility. You have a higher non-university education and leadership experience in the facilities or cleaning sector. Your skills?
